Kelley O'Brien has worked with non-profit, local government, and higher education clients to design and lead engaging meetings and focus groups that gather essential information from key stakeholders. 

Teaching

As adjunct faculty at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Government, Kelley has designed and taught highly rated graduate courses on business communications and grant writing. Kelley was one of the first Master of Public Administration faculty members to design and teach an online course in the MPA@UNC program, the online format of the UNC MPA program. She currently teaches for the Master of Public Administration and Professional Master of Science programs at UNC-Chapel Hill.

Whether a one-hour Grant Writing 101 session or a two-day course on Grants Management, Kelley has taught hundreds of local government officials on best practices in grant writing and grants management.
